Physician Biography

Dr. Alexander Combs is from Boise, Idaho. He attended college at Boise State University and then continued to medical school at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences in Yakima, Washington. Upon graduating from medical school, Dr. Combs was part of the first class of family medicine residents in Idaho Falls and graduated in June of 2023. After this, he worked at a robust pediatric practice in Boise which gave him excellent skills to care for infants and children. The closure of this practice was the jump start to create Cornerstone Health in Meridian, Idaho. Dr. Combs’s Christian faith is important to him and is the inspiration for his practice of medicine. He loves partnering with people to help them make decisions about their health.

Aside from medicine, he has a wife, 4 kids, and a dog. They enjoy skiing, mountain biking, eating good food, and spending time together.
