OGA Women’s Health is seeking an experienced Lead Medical Coder to support accurate, timely, and compliant coding within our OB/GYN practice. This position serves as a primary coding resource for providers and staff while helping improve documentation, reimbursement, and overall revenue-cycle performance. This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, during regular business hours, Monday-Friday. This position is primarily on-site within our professional medical-office environment. A hybrid arrangement may be considered for the right candidate based on experience and the operational needs of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for OB/GYN services.
• Review documentation for coding accuracy, completeness, medical necessity, and appropriate levels of service.
• Provide coding guidance and education to providers and billing staff.
• Perform coding audits and identify missed charges, modifier needs, bundling issues, and compliance concerns.
• Assist with coding-related denials, payer requirements, and reimbursement issues.
• Provide backup coding support and help ensure coding is completed accurately and on time.
• Train and mentor team members and support improvements to coding workflows and procedures.
• Stay current on coding guidelines, regulatory requirements, requirements and annual coding updates.

Qualifications:

• Current CPC, CCS, CCA, or comparable coding certification required.
• At least 3–5 years of professional medical coding experience; OB/GYN or women’s health experience strongly preferred.
• Previous lead, senior coding, auditing, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, E/M coding, CMS guidelines, NCCI edits, and payer requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience using electronic health records and medical billing systems.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00/hour, dependent upon experience and qualifications.

Humphrey Shoulder Clinic is seeking a motivated, full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our specialized orthopedic practice. The ideal candidate will take an active role in managing a shoulder-focused clinic, working closely with our orthopedic surgeon to provide comprehensive care for patients with a wide range of shoulder conditions.

Responsibilities will include evaluating and managing preoperative and postoperative patients, administering corticosteroid and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections, reviewing diagnostic studies, and educating patients regarding non-operative and surgical treatment options.

We are looking for a personable, self-directed clinician with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in musculoskeletal medicine and orthopedics. This position offers the opportunity to develop significant expertise in shoulder care while working in a focused, patient-centered specialty practice.
