Physician Biography
Dr. Mohr received her medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha where she stayed and completed her residency in Internal Medicine. She then completed her fellowship training in Geriatrics at Oregon Health Science University in Portland.
A Boise native, Dr. Mohr returned to Idaho and worked at the Boise VA for the first six years of her career. During her tenure, she cared for older adults across the entire spectrum of inpatient, outpatient, home-based, and post-acute care. She has a clinical appointment at the University of Washington and enjoys teaching clinical learners.
As a double board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics, Dr. Mohr specializes in the care of complex older adults. She has experience in Geriatric Consultation, Home Based Primary Care, dementia care, Skilled Nursing Care, Skilled Nursing Facility Medical Direction, and end of life care.
Dr. Mohr is a Certified Medical Director through the Society for Post-Acute and Long Term Care Medicine. She completed her Hospice Medical Director Certification Board and serves as Associate Medical Director of Keystone Hospice.
In her free time, Dr. Mohr enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, playing the piano, and hiking in the Boise foothills.
