Dr. Butuk has been practicing family medicine since 1994. He graduated from medical school in 1991 and completed his family practice residency in 1994. Dr. Butuk is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice and is a member of the American Board of Family Physicians and the Idaho Medical Association.

Dr. Butuk established Meridian Family Medicine in 2006 to create a doctor owned medical practice with the ability to provide every patient with first-rate medical care. Dr. Butuk focuses on preventive medicine with an emphasis on healthy nutrition and lifestyle.

Dr. Butuk, his wife and two children live in Meridian. He enjoys a busy and active lifestyle outside the clinic.
