Michelle Devoe, DO

Physician Biography

Michelle DeVoe, DO, is an Osteopathic Pediatrician who has been practicing in Ontario, Oregon for since 2002. Dr. DeVoe grew up in Salem, Oregon, and attended Oregon State University, earning a degree in Mathematics. She started her career as a manager with Target Stores. But she had always dreamed of becoming a doctor, so she enrolled in Portland State University, completed a pre-med curriculum and was accepted to Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she received her degree as Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in Pediatrics at Sparrow Hospital, Michigan State University, in Lansing, Michigan. Dr. DeVoe moved to Ontario in 2002 and has been in practice here since then. She remains active in the community and has committed her life to caring for the children of the Treasure Valley. She has a particular interest in caring for special needs children, and NICU graduates. She has been active with the NBOME (National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners) and was the Item Writer of the year in 2012. She also works as a preceptor with medical students, helping to train our future physicians.

She currently lives in Fruitland, Idaho with her husband, daughter and son. She enjoys spending time traveling, gardening, boating or relaxing at her cabin near Idaho City.
