Rebecca Uranga, MD

Physician Biography

Dr. Uranga was born and raised in Montana. She went to college in Oregon and medical school in Washington after doing a year of Americorp in Pennsylvania. After completing residency at Dartmouth in New Hampshire she moved to the Treasure Valley where her husband grew up and they are now raising their two kids who go to all the same schools as her husband.

Areas of professional interest include low- and high-risk obstetrics, menopause care and robotic hysterectomy. Dr. Uranga enjoys spending time doing outdoor activities with her husband and children, including trail running, riding horses and skiing.
