Victoria Kincaid, MD

Physician Biography

Dr. Victoria Kincaid is a board-certified family medicine physician with a special focus in women’s health and obstetrics. She provides comprehensive primary care for women of all ages, including prenatal care and deliveries, with an emphasis on continuity and trusted relationships.

A Boise native, Dr. Kincaid is excited to be back in her hometown and to bring much-needed medical care to the women of the Treasure Valley. She is passionate about supporting her community through accessible, compassionate, and personalized healthcare.

Dr. Kincaid earned her undergraduate degree from Concordia University in Portland before attending the University of Washington School of Medicine. She completed her residency at the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho’s Magic Valley Rural Training Program in Twin Falls. With three years of experience after residency, she has cared for women in a variety of settings and values long-term relationships with her patients.

She believes in shared decision-making, open communication, and equipping women with the knowledge they need to make informed choices about their health. Dr. Kincaid is excited to be joining OGA, where she can continue her commitment to personalized, relationship-based care.
